You will be welcomed into Local Homes decked to the halls for your enjoyment and inspiration – ticket required.  Tickets to tour all three homes are $10 and can be purchased at Main Street Pizza. Tickets available starting November 1st.

Check out the adorable Gingerbread Houses, decorated by local artistic bakers, and vote for your favorite. Located in the Unterrified Democrat office in downtown Linn.  Sponsored by Unterrified Democrat

Marvel at the Christmas trees and antique toys displayed at the Osage County Cultural Heritage Center and visit the historic Zewicki House decorated for the holidays.

Treat yourself to a snack, meal, or drink from Food Vendors on the Town Square while listening to background music by Nitelyfe Entertainment.

Make your way along the Storybook Trail in the downtown area to hear books come alive. Pick up a Storybook Trail map at the welcome table at Legends Bank Park. Five different stops on the trail.

Visit some furry friends at the petting zoo across from the Osage County Cultural Heritage Center.

Don’t be left out, kids can join in Reindeer Games on the Town Square to include a family friendly snowball fight and take a free pony ride. Pony rides are provided by Jost Horse Company and sponsored by Main Street Pizza.

Join us in Legends Bank Park for the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony which officially kicks off the Christmas on Main Street three-day event.

What a treat! Bring your children to the Osage County Library for breakfast with Santa. Sponsored by Linn Thriftway.

 

9:00 – 2:00
Second Annual Tis’ The Season Market where you can find that perfect gift for that special person. Stop by the St. George gymnasium to shop with local craft and food vendors. Don’t forget about those less fortunate in our community. You will find a decorated jar in the lobby of the gym where cash donations will be collected to be given to the local Good Shepherd Food Pantry.

IT’S PARADE TIME! It’s a Storybook Christmas at the Linn Lions Club Annual Christmas Parade! Again, remember those in need. Linn Firefighters will be collecting non-perishable food items or money on the first fire truck in the parade. All monies collected will be given to the Good Shepherd Food Pantry.

It's movie time!  Get your ticket and head to State Technical College's NEW movie theatre located at Osage View (193 County Road 605, Linn) for a showing of The Polar Express.  Seating is limited to the first 53 people.  Tickets are FREE but must pick yours up at the welcome table at Legends Bank Park on Friday night.  Tickets are on a first come, first serve basis on Friday night.  No reserving of tickets.  

4:00 – 6:00                         

Enjoy the Traveling Christmas Program as you enter several local churches in town.  Details can be found at the welcome table at Legends Bank Park on Friday night.
